Claudia Klaver - founder of Trans World Relocations
Claudia is a relocation and cross-cultural consultant.
She is of German parentage, was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, attended high-school in New Delhi, India, and received a diploma in Business Administration after attending the University in Munich, Germany.She speaks and writes German, Portuguese, Dutch and English.
Claudia lived for 6 years in Manila, Philippines with her husband and two children. She worked there as assistant to the Managing Director of the German Government Institute for Technical Cooperation.Since 1990 Claudia has been living in Singapore where she also works as an official tour guide.
She has worked the Relocation Business since 1996, as consultant, senior consultant and training manager, developing and conducting seminars and programmes relevant for expatriates living and working in Singapore. She also developed and conducted seminars for Singaporeans and expatriates relocating from Singapore to China, Japan and Korea.Claudia has travelled extensively through Asia and has a thorough knowledge of various cultures and their differences. Having been an expat all her life, she has first-hand experience of living abroad and can comfortably relate to the challenges and opportunities facing expatriate families.
