Bridge over Cultures
Misunderstandings and miscommunication due to cultural differences in values and communication styles can affect the productivity of the individual and an entire organization.
This half-day programme (5 hours) is meant to increase the efficiency of communication in the work environment, by identifying and exploring differences between cultures. Various influences in peoples' lives are addressed through discussion, practical examples and interactive case studies.→ Understand and respect differences between cultures and achieve efficient communication in the work environment
